On Saturday 20th the band The Akademiks played a range of hits from the 50s to the present day, to raise money for the new extension. With flag-waving and cheers the gathered audience watched the Coronation on the main hall's big screen. The St Pauls Centre foodbank has seen increased usage over the past year. The foodbank is part of Durham Christian Partnership foodbank which operates under The Trussell Trust.
